Program tuition is dependent on if the student wishes to obtain academic credit from API's school of record. This budget is for non-credit-seeking interships.

Program fee includes Pre-Departure Service (Advising, Internship Placement, International Phone Plan, Alumni Network, Social Media Access, Career Briefcase), Orientation, Housing, Cultural Events, Staff Support. Application Fee [$95] and Internship Deposit [$1,000] are included in the program fee, but will be paid up-front before the program begins.

The security deposit is $275 with a $95 maintenance fee. The maximum refund available is $180.

Students must apply for the "Working Holiday visa". Financial proof is required by the New Zealand government, based on 1,000 New Zealand dollars per month (roughly $2,775.00 U.S. dollars, dependent on exchange rates).
